Project Administrator - Contracts Admin - Sydney CBD - 6 months (S35)

As the Project Administrator/Contracts Administrator your role will be to conduct the administration, technical supervision and design management of small to medium (up to $5m) construction projects within the Rocks and Darling Harbour.

You must have :-

• Ability to undertake project administrative requirements in support of the project manager including ledgers, programming, reporting, meeting minutes, correspondence and design management.
• Experience in client side contract administration including managing claims, site instructions, RFIs, EOTs, variations and QA requirements.
• Knowledge & understanding of building codes, regulations, sustainable design & heritage conservation requirements.
• Ability to effectively & efficiently co-ordinate project team inputs and requirements.
• Working knowledge & experience with government procurement & commercial contract administration.
• Developed written, interpersonal & stakeholder communication skills including computer applications.
• Some basic project management skills.

• You will have tertiary qualifications in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.
• You will be familiar with the State and Federal Environmental Approvals legislation.
• You will also have a thorough understanding of environmental management systems and a wide range of environmental issues including impact assessment; risk management; sustainability studies and mine rehabilitation.
